理順要點，防止漏寫、亂寫以保證內(nèi)容的完整性，然后將理順的要點用自己有把握的短語或句型將意思完整地表達出來。注意語言表達的多樣性，既要使用簡單句，也要使用結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的復(fù)合句、并列句；措詞要講究，既要會使用普通詞語，也要能使用高級詞匯。
4.有效銜接，串句成篇

He will always remember to smile and talk to you in the halls, even if he only waves, he still notices everyone.
