It’s a fact that we face more and more mental pressure in our life. In my opinion, everyone will meet some mental pressure in their life. But if it lasts a long time, it may do harm to our body.
Whenever I meet pressure, I try to keep calm and think how to overcome it. Sometimes it is very effective. When I’m stressed out, I listen to music or do some sports. After that, I often find that my moods become much better. If I can’t overcome it, I will turn to my parents, teachers or good friends.
To sum up, we should face pressure bravely and overcome it actively.
