Today I was having a PE lesson while I fell down and hurt my foot. I was in greatly pain at that moment, but I tried to act as if nothing has happened until the class was over. Though I had difficulty walk back to my classroom, I still didn’t tell anyone but even refused the offer of help of my classmates. As result, the hurt in my foot became worse. Now I know I was wrong. Dear friends,
As we can see, the environment around us is getting worse other than better. Our life and health have affected greatly. The earth is our home, but we have a duty to take care of it, not only for ourselves but for future generation. Fortunate, more and more people have become aware of this problem. Many effective measures have been taken by the government to dealing with them.
As a student I think we should do something to improve the environment. First, go to the school on foot or by bike as often as possible. Second, turn on the lights and other electrical appliances before leaving the room. Third, never throw rubbish here and there.
It’s time that we do something to protect our environment.

I went shopping in the center of the city yesterday afternoon. It was six o’clock before I was going home by bus. The bus was full of passenger, all of whom kept silent. A mother with her little son were sitting nearby. All of a sudden, the son cried loudly. The mother tries to do what she could make him stop crying. However, the son went on crying. After a long time, a man seating next to the mother said angrily, “Why don’t you give the child what she wants.” The mother answered quiet, “I would if I could, and what he wants is your hat.” Hearing of this, all the passengers burst into laughter.

Last night my wife and I had dinner at a restaurant not far from our home. We like this place very much, but we have eaten there many times. Last night, otherwise, the service was not very good. We had to wait a long time after a waiter came to our table. He was very nice, but he didn't do the very good job. I ordered chicken with mushroom, but he bring me chicken with cream sauce. My wife got her main course OK, but she put the wrong kind of salad dressing on her salad. We didn't say something to the waiter. We just ate what he brought us. I first met Li Meng at a friend birthday party five years ago. Then I invited Li Meng over in my place. We listen to my CDs together and soon became good friends. Three years ago, Li Meng’s parents invited I to spend two wonderful week in Qingdao with them during the summer holiday. Li Meng and I loved walking along the beautifully beaches there. Last year I was ill but had to stay in hospital for a week. Li Meng came see me every day. Then, her father has changed jobs and they moved to another city. Since then we haven’t see each other much, but we’ve kept writing to each other.
