Smart phones had become part of our daily life. No matter who we are, we can see people busy play with their smart phones. Smart phones benefit them. They help us escape the pressures of life and get informations. However, if we spend too much time on them, we won’t have time to contact face to face our friends and family. And our life, study and work will hurt. In my view, we should limit to our using smart phones except for a purpose of learning. Meanwhile it’s absolute necessary for us to take part in more outdoors activities.

Apologizing can be harder than realizing you’ve acted poor. To truly apologize to a friend, you had to be sincere and let your friend to know how much he means to you. This may be easy said than done. But if you swallow your pride and show some sincere regret, they will have a true apology ready. Besides, sending gifts can be good choice for you to make. And if you do this kind of thing instead of talk to your friend face to face, you’re just hiding behind gifts. After all, gifts cannot say word like "I’m sorry". So it is of great important to apologize in person.

Last Friday, the English class was going on while our English teacher suddenly slip and fell off the stage, which shocked all the students.
Without hesitate, I, under the help of Tom and Mary, carried her on my back to the clinic. All the others classmates waited anxiously in the classroom. It turned out that her right leg broken and she had to stay in the hospital.
After school, we all went to see her. She told me the injury was not severe, but we hoped she would recover soon!
Three days later, we were surprised to see that she was back in a wheelchair. We were joy and deeply moved, clapping and cheering for a long time.

If we go on a trip abroad, we can broaden your view and gain knowledges we cannot get from books. Some classmates suggest we can go to places of interest nearby. I thought that it is a good idea. It does not cost many, yet we can still learn a lot.
