Creativity is not 10 one is just born with, nor is it necessarily a character of high 11 .
Just because a person is highly intelligent does not 12 that he uses it creatively. With strong attention to test results and the development of reading, writing and mathematical skills, many educators 14 creativity for correct answers. The result is that children can 15 information but can't recog?nize ways to use it in new situations. They may know the rules correctly, but they are unable to use them to 16 practical problems.
It is important to give children choices. From the earliest age, children should be allowed to 17 and understand their results. Even if it's choosing between two food items for lunch, decisionmaking helps 18 skills. As children grow older, parents should let their children 19 how to use their time or spend their money, but not help them too much if they make the wrong decision. The child may 20 ,but that is all right. This is because the most important character of creative people is a very strong desire to find a way out of trouble.

The handling and delivery of mail has always been a serious business, underpinned (加強,鞏固) by the trust of the public in requiring timeliness, safety, and confidentiality (保密性) .After early beginnings using horseback and stagecoach, and although cars and trucks later replaced stagecoaches and wagons, the railway mail service still stands as one of America's most re?sourceful and exciting postal innovations (革新) .This service began in 1832,but grew slowly until the civil war. Then from 1862,by sorting the mail on board moving trains, the post office department was able to decentralize (分散,下放) its operations as railroads began to crisscross (縱橫交錯的) the nation on a regular basis, and speed up mail delivery. This service lasted until 1974. During peak decades of service, railway mail clerks handled 93% of all nonlocal mail and by 1905 the service had over 12 ,000 employees.
Railway post office trains used a system of mail cranes to exchange mail at stations without stopping. As a train approached the crane,a clerk prepared the catcher arm which would then snatch the incoming mailbag in the blink of an eye. The clerk then booted out the outgoing mailbag. Experienced clerks were considered the elite (精華) of the postal service's employees, and spoke with pride of making the switch at night with nothing but the curves and feel of the track to warn them of an upcoming catch. They also worked under the greatest pressure and their jobs were considered to be exhausting and dangerous. In addition to regular demands of their jobs they could find themselves the victims of train wrecks (毀壞) and robberies.
As successful as it was, "mail-on-the-fly" still had its share of glitches (差錯) .If they hoisted (升起) the train's catcher arm too soon, they risked hitting switch targets, telegraph poles or semaphores (信號裝置) ,which would rip (扯開) the catcher arm off the train. Too late, and they would miss an exchange.

It's time to be water efficient!
As populations increase across Australia and the rest of the world, demand for water will also increase. If we don't reduce each individual's demand for water (both directly and through embodied water) ,the water situation will become dire.
It is obvious that we cannot increase demands for water much more without detrimental (有害的) effects to the environment, society and the economy.
It's all too easy to blame someone else for the water situation―"if 70% of water is used for agriculture then that's what we should target"―but it's not that easy. We all depend on the food and resources that agriculture provides, and while there are definitely opportunities to increase water efficiency on the farm, the solution will take more than that.
We each share responsibility for the sustainable management of our water resources, which means using less water at home,in the workplace,at school,on holidays,on the farm... everyone, everywhere, every time.
It's time to become water efficient! This involves reassessing our relationship with water, and learning to use it more sparingly. On the most basic level,it requires a behavioural change, and assigning a value to water that truly reflects its worth.
We can also unlock economic benefits of being water efficient. There are many real world examples given in the case studies on this site.
Everybody has a responsibility to save water,if future generations are to enjoy a similar standard of living to the one we enjoy now. In fact, many of the impacts associated with water use are likely to have an effect on our own lives!
