Creating good habits can be as tough as breaking bad habits. From my experience, one of the most important factors 1. make forming a new habit hard is that a lot of willpower 2. (require), at least in the beginning, and that alone can prevent many people correctly developing their desired habits.

Dining in the dark changes everything: the sense of smell is heightened, manners go out of the window ----using your hands to feel around the plate becomes normal--- and there is a strange thrill in being able to ignore your facial expressions. During the weekend, I travelled on a plane the first time in my life. I generally travel by train and bus, which is both very cheaper and safer. But that was a long journey, about hundreds of kilometers far away from our city. In the beginning, I didn’t feel very happy, and this feeling didn’t last long. The ride on the plane then is of great excitement. I was soon highly up in the air among the cloud. The views of mountains, fields and rivers were very amazed. I enjoyed my comfortable journey a lot. This experience has shown that travelling in air is actually the safest way of make journeys.
