    Drivers in New York City will have to drive more slowly. The city has introduced a new speed limit of 25 mph ( about 40 kph) . Do you know the old limit? Well,let me tell you. It was 30 mph (about 48 kph) . The new law will apply to about 90  percent of the city's streets.

   About the new speed limit,different people have different ideas. Most people say that it is a good traffic rule. They promise to obey the new rule. In their mind,the new rule can reduce traffic accidents and deaths. But not all the people agree to the rule. There are some other people who have the opposite view. They say the limit will make drivers angry and increase accidents.

  When it's time to teach our kids good manners (禮貌) ,do we realize the basic manners we should teach them?
