Seen in that light, it really was a difficult choice, but finally, I decided I had to give it a shot. I didn’t think I’d regret trying and failing. Experts estimate that one out of every five fish sold was caught illegally. It threatens(威脅) food security and hurts the environment. Officials are using new observational technology to fight illegal fishing.

The Pew team gives the information it gathers to port officials to help them decide if they should take action against a ship. The Pacific island nation of Palau was an early user of the technology. Palau has one of the richest fishing areas in the world. Studies from the Positive Psychology Center showed that discouraged people who wrote down three good things that happened to them each day for six months reported an improved attitude.

Drinking water really can help keep you cheerful. A small 2012 study from the University of Connecticut suggested that even slight dehydration（脫水） affected the moods of its female participants.
