In the picture we see a group of children playing hopscotch happily while a boy is sitting in front of his computer，fully absorbed in a game．
This picture intends to show how children today and in the past spend their free time．In the old days, there was no modem equipment such as TV sets or computers，so children killed time，playing games outdoors．With the development of science and technology，children are so attracted by computer games that they become addicted and stay in front of the screen all day long．Unlike the kids playing  hopscotch，a team game，the boy who tends to spend more time alone easily develops psychological problems such as a 1ack of a sense of cooperation and communication skills．
So in my opinion，modern science may not benefit people．

3. Sleep more than 8 hours per night.
If you often fail to have enough sleep, not only will you feel tired, but also your immune system will work less efficiently. You will be more easily affected by viruses.
4. Think positively and keep an optimistic view on your life situations.
Your mind and your immune system talk with each other. Your encouraging thoughts will bring the best out from your immune system. Keep always in mind that your reaction to the first sign of the flu or common cold should be something like: I am sure my immune system will easily win the fight against those viruses. I am going to stay healthy!

Then, after some time, I found myself in the middle of the endless lake. A sudden fear came around me. I didn’t know where I was or even how far I had gone from the shore. What was worse, it began to rain and it became very cold and foggy. I rode everywhere but couldn’t find my way back. It was useless for me to cry or shout for help. I was so terrified that I began to think about all kinds of horrible things. After floating on the water helplessly and hopelessly for a long time, suddenly I heard someone calling my name. Soon, a big steamboat sailed to me and they pulled me up to the deck and asked me if I was hurt. I couldn’t say a word but cried out in my father’s arms.

It is reported that two 66-year-old men graduated this summer from Sun Yat-sen University, a well-known university in Guangzhou.
Li Yiquan, a Chinese-Singaporean, earned a postgraduate(研究生) degree in software engineering, while Ang Toon Aun, a Chinese-Malaysian, earned a bachelor's degree with a major in Chinese as a foreign language.
Li, a retired engineer, now lives in Hong Kong. His daughter also received a postgraduate degree this year, but from a British university. So she participated in his graduation ceremony in Guangzhou. Li said he had a special feeling for Sun Yat-sen University because his parents and brother graduated from there.
It wasn't easy for Li to return to school while in his 60s, he said. He failed math exams several times after beginning classes, even though he had a good foundation in math; he graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University majoring in physics 40 years ago and worked as an engineer before retiring.
Ang Toon Aun, 66, was tired of his business career, so he decided to study Chinese at the university and passed level 9, the highest level of the Chinese Test.
"There's nothing in the world that makes me happier than study," said Aun. Many old people in Malaysia were encouraged to keep studying after retirement, but few of them chose to study on campus for a degree as he did.
