 One possible version:

Yesterday I went to the beach with my friend. When we were playing volleyball,we saw some people enjoying the food and drinks and throwing rubbish on the beach. Just as we were going to pick the rubbish up,a man stepped on a glass bottle and cut his right foot. He couldn't move and it looked terrible. We took him to the hospital at once.

I don' t think we should throw rubbish here and there. We should try our best to keep the environment clean and to reduce unnecessary harm.
