My parents have always loved everything about India,so a year ago we went on a holiday there. It's a wonderful 1 with beautiful scenes and interesting people. However,I didn't enjoy Indian 2 very much.

   On the second day we planned to see an old palace. At the 3 they said ,“If you go by train,it’ll take you only two hours to get there.However,the hot 4 took over four hours. I was very 5 when we got there,so we had some rice and vegetables with bread in a small restaurant. We were 6 to find it was quite nice. I wasn’t full up though and I saw a man nearby eating some little meatballs.

   I said to my dad ,“I've been eating rice all the week. Can I have some meatballs please?”

   Well,they looked delicious so I ate the first one very 7 . I was just putting the second one in my mouth when I felt myself 8 --my mouth was on fire!I started to cough (咳嗽) and there were tears (淚水) in my eyes. I couldn’t 9 how spicy (辛辣的) it was!

   A new study shows women need 60 minutes to exercise a day to stop weight increasing if they have a normal diet.

   The findings suggest women need more exercise than the current federal guidelines (聯(lián)邦指南) of 150 minutes a week,or 30 minutes five days a week.

   The study is being published in the March 24/31 edition of the Journal of the American Medical Association.

   “I don't want people to throw up their hands and say,I can't do it ,” said Dr Min Lee,the study's lead researcher.

   Women at a normal weight who have a normal diet can beat middle-age weight gain by working out intensely (高強(qiáng)度) for 30 minutes a day,whether by running,cycling,swimming laps or working out at a gym. Weight gain can also be prevented with 60 minutes of moderate activity,such as walking,a leisurely bike ride or playing catch.

   Overall,women gained an average of 5. 7 pounds in the study. However,those who were of normal weight,kept their weight if they exercised for 60 minutes a day. Women who exercised less generally gained weight. Dr Lee said for overweight women,60 minutes of exercise a day wasn’t enough to keep weight,suggesting cutting the calories (熱量) .
