This kind of stress can help you get things better done. For example,you may do better in your exam if the stress pushes you to prepare better before the exam.

Bad stress always happens if the stress lasts too long. You may not feel good if one of your family members is sick,if youVe having problems at school,or if anything else makes you unhappy every day. That kind of stress isn’t going to help you. Sometimes it can make you sick.

The best way to face the stress is to have a balanced life. Remember to keep four things in mind: sleep, exercise,leisure (休閑) and food. If you get enough sleep and eat healthily,and if you exercise often and leave more time for fun,you’ll probably feel less stressed.
