Life is difficult

    It is a great truth because once we truly understand and accept it.Then life is no longer difficult.

  But life is no longer difficult when we truly understand and accept(接受)it.Most people do not fully see this truth.Instead,they complain about their problems and difficulties.They think life should be easy.

    What makes life difficult is the process(過程)of facing and solving problems.Problems make us sad,lonely or angry.These are uncomfortable feelings.Since life has lots of problems,it is always difficult and full of pain and joy as well.However,when we successfully solve them,we can feel that life is very interesting and pleasant.

    Problems are serious tests that can tell success from failure.In school we set problems for the students and encourage them to learn well.We learn through the pain of meeting and working out problems.For this reason.wise people learn not to fear(畏懼)but to deal with the difficulties in their life.

         Want to be an astronaut? Then "study hard, stay healthy and have perseverance (毅力). This is what
Chinese astronaut Fei Junlong and Nie Haisheng said in a talk with some students.
