One day, a UNICEF worker went to her village. (He said it was important for children to receive education.) He gave her some books.

Now , Mandeep can go to school every day. And she can read and write. (She is very grateful to UNICEF.) She hopes to become a teacher when she grows up so that she can help even more people.

I think it sad that some children are too poor to go to school. (Mandeep is lucky because she was helped by UNICEF.) Charities such as UNICEF are very helpful. I want to work for them when I grow up.
