One possible version:    
     Health is the present God gives us. Many people like money best, but do you know health is more
important than money. We can’t work or study without a healthy body. How can we keep healthy?
Here are some ways:
     First, we should have a healthy diet. We can eat an egg and bread and a glass of milk for breakfast.
For lunch, we need to eat more vegetables and less meat. After meals we can have some fruits. We
shouldn’t go to school without breakfast, it’s not good for our health.
     Second, we should have a healthy lifestyle: go to bed early and get up early. And we’d better do
some exercise in the morning every day. After class or on holidays, we can go to some clubs and make
some friends.
     If we have a healthy body, we can study and work well.
