     I go to bed and get up early every day. I eat many vegetables and fruits and drink milk. I seldom eat junk
food and I exercise a lot every day. I have three meals a day and always wash my hands before meals. I go
to school on time. I always keep in good health. I can look after myself and keep healthy. What about you?
