Typical meals include rice, dumplings, meat and vegetables. In my opinion, we should eat more green vegetables and a little meat. Too much meat contains too much fat which is bad for health.

I think three meals must be eaten on time. I’ll eat healthy food and take exercise every day. I hope you all follow me and we’ll keep healthy.
