Perhaps the only test score that I remembered is 55when I was in high school.

The test was the final for a course. I remembered waiting anxiously as my teacher Mr. Right passed out our papers one by one. It was a rather difficult test. I heard my classmates groaning, and I could tell by groans that the scores weren’t looking good.

Mr. Right put my paper on my desk. There was a big red number, circled to draw attention. It was my score,55 !  I lowered my head, and covered the score up quickly. 55 was not something that you wanted your classmates to see.

"The scores were not very good, and none of you passed,M Mr. Right said. "The highest score in the class was 55. . That's my score!

I thought that explanation would make a difference. ” You failed!" my father replied.'But it's the highest!’ I insisted. ” I don't care what scores others had,but you failed. What matters is what you do!" my father firmly said.

For years,my father was always that way. It didn9t matter what others did. It only mattered what I did and what I didn't do.

Sixty years after humans first conquered Mount Qomolangma, known as Mount Everest in the West, the rubbish and human waste left by climbers is turning the world's highest peak into the "world's highest junkyard” .

Every year, more than 700 climbers and guides spend nearly two months on Mount Qomolangma's slopes each climbing season. They have left tons of rubbish including oxygen bottles, broken tents, ladders and wrappers, according to Ang Tshering Sherpa, chief of the Nepal Mountaineering Association.

It has also become a health threat to people in the area since they depend on water from rivers fed by the melting glaciers,Sherpa said.

So far the cleaners have brought down 15 ,000 kg of trash, but they don't know how much is still left behind. Nepal has not yet come up with a plan to deal with the human waste. In 2014 the government made new rules, asking each climber to bring down 8 kg of trash — the amount a climber is expected to throw away along the route.

On the Chinese side of the mountain, the local government of Tibet is hoping to collect cleaning fees from climbers starting from this year.
