It can not only help us communicate with foreigners,but also learn about their social custom and habits.To some extent,English is not easy to learn.Many students give up learning English because of the fear of difficult.But "No pains,no gains",if we study it hard ,and practise more,we'll find learning English is an enjoyment as well as a challenge.So,in my opinion,"Nothing is impossible".If we try our best to get over the difficulties of studying English,we'll be successful.After all,all things are difficult before they are easy.
