     Most of us like to watch TV. By watching TV, we can learn what happened in China and other parts of
the world. When we feel bored, TV can also help us kill the time. And some programmes such as Animals'
World can help us learn a lot.
     However, watching TV too much is bad for our eyes. If we spend too much time sitting in front of the
TV set, we will have little time to exercise. It's bad for our health. What's more, some programmes like love
stories and action films are not suitable for teenagers. They will have a bad effect on us.
     I think we can watch TV at the weekend so that we can relax after one-week hard work. But we should
choose suitable programmes to watch. And we shouldn't spend too much time watching TV.
