The most important reasons of stress are:death, diseases, exams, making money, getting married, moving houses, changing jobs, ending friendships and so on .

There are also a number of free national helpline in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, where expert counselors can discuss with you how to give up smoking step by step.
